During the Snowflake Challenge this year, I saw a request for recs that inspired me to dig through all my platonic fics. I came up with a whole bunch and then just left them in their tabs and didn't do anything with them.

So! Here's the big list of platonic fics. In no particular order:

The Art of Negotiation by language_escapes.
- Elementary, Sherlock & Joan Watson, 6.7k. Incredibly charming, full of delightful platonic relationship negotiation.
The One-Body Problem by metisket.
- MDZS, Lan Jinyi & Wei Wuxian, 28.6k. Jingyi hosts Wei Wuxian in a benevolent possession situation, and it's hilarious. One of my favorite fics.
Another Life by LullabyKnell.
- Star Trek (NuTrek), 61.8k, Hopefully, messy, complex, and everyone is so fond of each other.
Vod'e An by Triscribe.
- Star Wars, 63.3k (in small chunks). Clone Wars time travel, but like...chaotic, and so hopeful. Explores all of these little relationships between everyone as it sprawls across a bunch of shorter fics.
Dr. Sandburg Finds a Sentinel by LitGal.
- The Sentinel (+ Stargate SG1), Jim & Blair, 33.7k. One of the most QPR-ish on my list (because Sentinel), but these two just have an instant connection and the characterization in this one is so bright. Oh, and the Stargate people are there too, lol.

- Young Justice (comics), Core Four, 2.4k, they just love each other so much T_T (500% makes me cry every time.)
The Family You Choose by TunaFishChris
- ATLA, The Gaang, 36k, explores all the little vectors of relationship and the delightful concept of soul families.
Alone Together by SpaceWall.
- Batfam, 22.9k. Platonic soulmates, based on the same worldbuilding as the above fic. ALSO excellent.
The Witcher and the Lordling
- Witcher, Geralt & Jaskier, 113.6k (over two fics). More because I love a good adventure than anything else and this hits all my favorite elements.
things that make it warm by one_step_closer_to_death.
- Batfam, Dick & Jason, 4k, this is just so *earnest* in the sappiest way possible, as it explores the sheer overwhelming concept of sibling love.
